Our Team

Gina Plooster is a Broker Associate with Rapid City Commercial, helping buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants navigate commercial real estate sales and leasing throughout Rapid City, the Black Hills, and Western South Dakota. Her experience spans office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and land properties, with a strong foundation in leasing and an expanding focus on sales.

Gina began her commercial real estate career with JLL in Chicago, where she spent ten years as an administrative assistant and brokerage coordinator supporting the firm’s industrial real estate team. Her work included supporting business development, supply chain consulting, and site selection projects for corporate clients. After returning to South Dakota, she joined Rapid City Commercial in 2017, initially overseeing marketing and listings before transitioning into leasing in 2021. She expanded her practice to include commercial sales in 2026.

Gina combines national brokerage experience with local market knowledge and an understanding of the needs of property owners and businesses. Her landlord and tenant representation experience informs her work with buyers and sellers, helping clients evaluate opportunities through clear communication and a personable approach. She is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Rapid City Commercial operates as a commercial real estate team with Keller Williams Realty Black Hills and is part of the KW Commercial network.
