My brother and I had to sell two vacant lots in Rapid City, SD. Keller Williams gave us confidence that they would find a buyer(s). Rapid City was saturated with several vacant commercial parcels for sale (and still is). We did have to reduce our prices but they did finally sell. Once the sales contracts were in escrow the transactions went smoothly. If you have vacant commercial property in Rapid City or the surrounding area and you need to sell, I would highly recommend Keller Williams.
