We had the pleasure of working with Dan when we were looking for a commercial property to rent. We had a few realtors technically looking but Dan was the only one that consistently kept finding properties for us and never gave up. We had a fairly decent demand list for what we needed and he found us the perfect location and landlord. When it came time to negotiate, he had our back and got us better than fair pricing. He stopped by to see how we were doing and how our business was going. He doesn't forget you after the deal is done.

Chris and the entire team were great. We looked all over the country for a place to expand our business. They worked with us for almost a year to find the right place. Because of their connections, we were able to find the building before it even hit the market. Throughout the entire process they kept me updated and informed which was helpful as I was not in the area. I cannot recommend them higher. Thank you for making this a smooth process.
